Work in progress...

These are some shots from the model I have been working on. Also included some shots of the how the interactive glass wall will be. It have been somewhat difficult to show the concept of 3D vs 2D light. I think I will work on some more diagrams, posibly 3D diagrams that show the concept in a more explicit way.
View from Bolston St. looking Northwest.

View Looking from Copley SQ.

View from the "Tunnel" towards Old South Church.

View of Interactive Wall on the street level facing Boylston St.

At Night the wall would be activated by the passerby with help of sensors located facing the sidewalk.

I really like the photos of people interacting with your building, friends of yours?

The interior views also start to show the dimensionality of the light.

What might be helpful to demonstrate your idea of sensors in the sidewalk would be to take the image you have montaged together, and overlay it with an axonometric drawing that cuts through the sidewalk. Merge your drawings more into your renderings to achieve what can be a really great effect.

I think the exterior images work better than the interior ones. I don't really understand what I am looking at or where I am in your building. They say the view from the tunnel but in your plans I don't see anything labeled as such. The exterior would also be nice to see in a daytime image. I love how it mimics the tower at the church as this hovering glowing mass. It seems to capture exactly what it was that inspired you at the site. It is looking really good and I can't wait to see your final images. Good luck this week!
